Nature of Services

Cedric Yacht Consulting LLC is an independent yacht charter broker. The company acts exclusively as an intermediary between the client and yacht owners or operators. It does not own any fleet and is not a party to the charter agreement concluded between the client and the vessel owner.

Our role is to select, recommend and facilitate the booking of catamarans and motor yachts for private charters in the Caribbean (Panama — San Blas, British Virgin Islands, Grenadines) and the Mediterranean (French Riviera, Croatia, Greece).

Booking Process

All bookings follow this process:

• The client submits an enquiry via the contact form or by WhatsApp/email
• The broker presents a curated selection of suitable vessels within 24 hours
• The client selects a vessel and confirms the terms with the broker
• A charter agreement is signed directly between the client and the vessel owner or operator
• Payment is made according to the terms set out in that agreement

No booking is confirmed until the charter agreement is signed and the required deposit has been received by the vessel owner.

Broker Fees

Cedric Yacht Consulting LLC earns a commission on each confirmed charter, typically paid by the vessel owner or operator. This commission is included in the quoted rate and does not result in any additional cost to the client compared to booking directly.

In certain cases, for complex bespoke itineraries or added-value services, a consulting fee may be agreed separately with the client and will be documented in a prior written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

As an independent intermediary, Cedric Yacht Consulting LLC cannot be held liable for:

• The condition of the vessel, its technical state or the quality of the crew, which are the sole responsibility of the vessel owner
• Cancellations, delays or itinerary changes due to weather conditions, force majeure or decisions by local authorities
• Personal injury, property damage or financial loss occurring on board during the charter
• Disputes between the client and the vessel owner regarding the performance of the charter agreement

Our liability is limited to our role as intermediary and to acting in good faith in the selection and recommendation of vessels and operators.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are defined in the charter agreement signed with the vessel owner. Cedric Yacht Consulting LLC strongly recommends that all clients take out appropriate travel cancellation insurance before confirming their booking.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the broker's commission is generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All content on cedricyachtconsulting.com — including text, images, photographs, logo and site structure — is the property of Cedric Yacht Consulting LLC or its respective authors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Prices shown are starting rates and may vary by season, charter duration and included services. Cedric Yacht Consulting LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep this information current but does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness at all times.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, the state of incorporation of Cedric Yacht Consulting LLC. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be subject to the competent courts of the State of Florida, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer resident in the European Union.

Changes to These Terms

Cedric Yacht Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown in the header. Continued use of the website after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
